Our Fee Structure
We have two main types of fees. It’s important to understand the difference between them.
1. Initial Booking Service Fee (Non-Refundable)
This is the primary fee we charge for our service at the time you make a booking.
- Fee Range: Our booking service fee is dynamic and ranges from $25.00 to $200.00 USD per person.
- What Influences the Fee? The exact amount depends on factors like the airline, the complexity of the itinerary (e.g., multi-city vs. round-trip), the type of fare (e.g., economy vs. business class), and whether you book online or over the phone with an agent.
- Always Non-Refundable: This service fee is for the work we’ve already done to secure your booking and is non-refundable in all cases, even if the airline cancels your flight or provides a refund for the ticket.
2. Post-Booking Processing Fee
If you request our assistance to change or cancel your flight after it has been booked, we may charge a separate processing fee for this additional service.
- Purpose: This fee covers the administrative work involved in liaising with the airline on your behalf to process your request.
- Separate from Airline Fees: This processing fee is in addition to any penalty fees or fare differences charged by the airline. We will always inform you of our fee before proceeding with any changes.
